Verification is the essential service for making sure that your installed electromagnetic and mass flowmeters are performing to specification.
The service engineer can connect to a meter in-line on site, and gather measuring data to ensure that the flowmeter is performing to within 1% (confidence level 95%) of the factory calibration.

The baseline can be historic repair data from the factory or on-site test results after performing a full verification. Including a complete check of magnetic circuit, all I/O’s and electrode integrity. The service engineer will produce a PDF verification certificate for you records available onsite.

By using this service you will be able to extend the time between costly re-calibrations. This will ensure less downtime and increase safety for both the operators and within the plant.
